We love the products we sell, we love that each of our pieces are unique and of very high quality and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do….

But we understand that sometimes buying online can be tricky and some things need to be seen in-situ for a decision to be made!

If you are not happy with your online purchase for whatever reason or wish to exchange please Contact Us  within 7 days and we will happily refund  or exchange the goods. [Conditions apply]

Goods must be returned in the original condition / unworn /unused.

Once received we will refund the purchase price or exchange the item, excluding shipping costs.

If you are returning a  purchase that was made using  made using AFTERPAY you will be issue with a credit not only

Items bought on Pre-Order clearance or sale can not be returned or exchanged, so please choose carefully.

If the product has been damaged during shipping, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims.

Cancellation by The Cowhide Company: The Cowhide Company reserves the right to cancel any order. Cancellation by purchaser: Should you wish to cancel an order, please contact us or 021 536 788 within 24 hours. If you cancel the order after it has been shipped, freight charges will not be refunded. Cancellations after this time will be at the sole discretion of The Cowhide Company.
