The cowhide Company LOVE that each of our pieces are unique and of very high quality.

But if you are dissatisfied with your purchase please Contact Us immediately or within 7 days and we will happily refund  or exchange the goods.

All Returns/Exchange MUST be accompanied by our “Return/Exchange” form

If your order is under $300 and you need to exchange colour/size/style –PLEASE send a self-addressed postage/courier bag with your return item [The will speed up the exchange process]

Goods must be returned in the original condition / unworn /unused.

Items bought on sale or clearance can not be returned or exchanged, so please choose carefully.

Once received we will refund the purchase price or exchange the item, excluding shipping costs.

If the product has been damaged during shipping, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims.

Cancellation by purchaser: Should you wish to cancel an order, please contact us or 021 536 788 within 24 hours. If you cancel the order after it has been shipped, freight charges will not be refunded. Cancellations after this time will be at the sole discretion of The Cowhide Company.
