Goods must be returned in the original condition / unworn /unused.
Once we received the goods we will refund the purchase price or exchange the item, excluding shipping costs.
If you are returning a purchase that was made using made using AFTERPAY you will be issue with a credit note only
Items bought on Pre-Order clearance or sale can not be returned or exchanged, so please choose carefully.
If the product has been damaged during shipping, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims

The Cowhide Company reserves the right to cancel any order, if your order is cancelled by us, you will receive a fill refund including shipping
Cancellation by purchaser: Should you wish to cancel an order, please contact us or 021 536 788 within 24 hours. If you cancel the order after it has been shipped, freight charges will not be refunded. Cancellations after this time will be at the sole discretion of The Cowhide Company.
